Psychotherapy

Using a variety of psychotherapeutic modalities, I focus on designing and delivering customised, client centered, one-on-one sessions and individualised treatment tailored just for the client in front of me. I combine more than one psychotherapeutic modalities and approaches, depending on the issues my clients bring into the sessions, their personality, their communication style and of course what else is currently happening in their lives. The benefit of such psychotherapy is that you, as the client, will have: • the help of a caring and attuned facilitator of your own questions awaiting to be asked • a companion who actively listens • a safe space and time to focus on yourself • a chance to explore, in a non-judgmental way, your past conditionings, your present life and to envision your future • a collaborative process of implementing your discoveries during the sessions into your current day to day life.
